I disagree that there's "enough" stimulus in the system to hold off a major crash this year.

The only thing - the only thing - holding up the markets is a temporary denial to see reality. The "sudden recognition of the truth" (a phrase I'm borrowing from Karl Denninger) could happen at any moment.

And when that rush for the exits starts, watch out.

It will be too late to move out of the way in time. The prudent man leaves the party early. Better an hour early than 2 seconds late.

Return OF your investment, no return on investment is the watchword for now.

I would hate to be a money manager for other people right now. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you don't "get yield" you'll be criticized. If you chase yield and get blown up in a major downdraft you'll be criticized. Remember: Preservation of capital is always Job #1.
