TARP was to save "criminalized" Citibank

This has been obvious for a very, very long time. Since former SEC Chair Sheila Bair's famous "exit interview," she has become angrier than ever. Bair wanted to close down Citi but Geithner refused to do it. Citi's junk mortgage activity has become legendary.

Bair complained about Tiny Tim's attempt to save Citi's criminal employees. At Occupy Wall Street more recently, she likened the financial services industry to a "mafia." Holder is refusing to prosecute Wall Street. When will people stop merely complaining and act?
