Richard Martin, The Wake Up Call

I've been talking about this for several years now (since 2005.)

Rob Prechter has been talking about it (since at least 1999 and probably long before)

Richard Martin? I don't know how long, but it's not a new theme with him either.

Prices on just about everything are destined to come down and the value of cash is heading upwards.

It's already happened in US real estate. Currently, you can buy nice properties in Florida, Arizona, and Nevada cheaper than comparable properties in Guatemala (they've got their own soon-to-be-pierced bubble.)

If you wanted to buy real estate in 2005, the smartest thing you could have done was to bury your cash in a hole and bring it out in 2012. You're rate of return would have fantastic.

(But it's NOT time to buy real estate in the US yet.)
