Many of the people who helped get Mitt Romney's Bain Capital off the ground were linked to death squads in El Salvador. Throughout the '80s, many powerful families in the small Latin American country used the former presidential candidate's financial firm in order to launder money. People like Reagan and Romney are exactly why the United States is known as an international pariah through Central and South America.
