The reality of rate hikes.

What does it mean when a near zero Fed rate starts to move up?

A lot of things that aren't pretty.

Like what?

Like zombie companies that need cheap money to survive and can't afford to refinance at the new rates.

Note: Even without the rate hike, corporate defaults are already at the highest rate since 2009.
