In some ways the Secretary of State job is the chief enforcer for the US.

When the puppet masters don't like something, the Secretary gets going.

Like many leaders who ended up with the proverbial "bullet in the back of the head," Libya's Gaddafi was working with fellow African countries on an independent gold-backed currency.

The other target: The nationwide irrigation system that Libya had built up over 40 years - including the factories that made the equipment to build, expand and maintain it.
