Real numbers vs fantasy
In the summer of 2008, I "threw away" a Florida condo "valued" at $400,000 for $295,000.
Last I checked, similar properties were unsellable at $195,000.
So are we at a bottom?
I'm sorry to say "no way."
To understand where a market is headed, you have to know the REAL numbers and the real numbers are terrible.
