It's nice to see lawyers, sheriffs and judges doing the right thing for a change.

But buried in this story is another story which I hope you didn't miss:

Bank American tried to foreclose on a house it clearly did not own forcing the couple to incur thousands of dollars in legal fees.

The resolution was a judgement against Bank of America and a judge ordering collection of the judgement and sheriffs carrying it out.

The system can work - if you work it.
