Two stories in one:

1. Government trolls are talking about seizing mortgages and rewriting the terms using the law of eminent domain. Great. Just what we need.

2. Rick Santelli asks: "What's the difference between Barclays Bank falsifying lending rates and Central Banks artificially lowering them to near zero?"

Answer: Nothing.

Santelli is one of the very few commentators who consistently reminds us that these low rates are killing retirees who are attempting to live off their savings from a lifetime of hard work.
