Richard Duncan was one of the first to clearly explain how our monetary system was on a disasterous trajectory. His understanding of this aspect of our economy is top notch.

This interview from 2 years ago provides a possible path out of the economic morass that the governments of the world seem destined to make worse not better. After WW II we got out of the great depression because Europe's infrastructure had been destroyed, providing a huge market, our's was intact, and we had the manpower and will to jump into the breach and make Europe whole.

That was a one time perfect storm to get us out of economic malaise. The big question today should be how we can create circumstances that will bring the world out of the death grip of the inertia of bad ideas that is strangling the economic lifeblood out of the world economy.

While we don't agree with all of his investment ideas, nor specifics re solution, the concept that Richard puts forth in this video has great merit.
