The thundering herd

This video is kind of simplistic, but sometimes it helps to go back to basics.

However, one of the missing elements here is demographics:

Japan's economy cooled and stock market collapsed at a critical juncture in its demographics. A major threshold of old vs. young was crossed.

Japan just got their first. China, the US and Europe are hitting the demographic wall now too. Coincidence?

Who is not hitting it? Places like Latin America, Africa and East Asia.
