William Black helped put over 1,000 bankers in jail during the Savings and Loan crisis of the Reagan-Bush I era.

Now a professor, Black points out that not one single executive with a major bank has gone to jail for the liar's loan/sub-prime debacle. Over twenty times larger than the Saving and Loan fraud fest.

Will these guys ever go to jail?

No, not if we depend on the crooks in Congress, the White House, and the regulatory agencies.

What are the consequences of not prosecuting these criminals? We'll have even bigger frauds and an inevitable financial catastrophe that could be bigger than anything in living memory.
