On the attack against securities fraud, the scandal-laden former New York state attorney general Eliot Spitzer pushed back on Washington's gutting mortgage regulations. A failure to properly regulate the mortgage lending industry is what caused the subprime bubble to burst -- spraying blood on the faces of the American people.
The record will show that Brasscheck TV was the first -- and really the ONLY news outlet -- to point out that Elliott Spitzer was taken out of office for being effective in fighting the Big Bank Fraud Machine.
