So what did our friends on Wall Street do?

In order to make it easier to extract money from the residential real estate market, banksters and their friends in Washington completely gutted the hundred plus year old system of real estate title transfer thus completely undermining the stability of the residential real estate market going forward.

If this issue does not get sorted out, the next leg down in the real estate market is going to make the first one look like a mild hiccup.
